- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since most clients have a mix of needs, I quote by job. This way I give the client my best price rather than simply billing a la cart pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do my best to understand the current needs of the client up front. I can give a ballpark quote but I like to speak with the client as soon as possible to assess their complete needs to offer my best strategy and pricing for them.
