I'm enjoying my weekly lessons. Iveth is a wonderful teacher who explains and breaks everything down so it's much easier to comprehend. I look forward to continuing my lessons until I am a fluent in spanish.

Ivette is an excellent tutor and has tailored lessons to my interests and ability level. I'm an adult who started with a basic but fairly rudimentary Spanish knowledge, and she has helped me increase my proficiency to almost entire hour-long conversations in Spanish! She is helpful, encouraging, and fun/easy to talk to. She is also extremely professional and communicative - always on time and very responsive to texts and emails. She has provided me with additional multi-media study materials - recommendations for videos, podcasts, and articles as well as conversational tools and grammar worksheets. I would highly recommend Ivette as a tutor!!

Professor Iveth Pavon helped me prepare to take the CLEP exam and test out of Spanish class at my University. I had some prior knowledge in Spanish but she was a huge help and clarified things such as the forms of past tense, future tense and present tense. She also helped me increase my vocabulary amongst other things. Excellent professor for high and low level Spanish lessons, I highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn the language or increase what they already know. I know I certainly did. Also I passed the CLEP :) I don't think I would have without her lessons.

Ms. Iveth is an absolute gem. She is sweet, caring, flexible and very knowledgeable on child learning techniques. My 4 yr. old daughter has been taking lessons with her for 6 months and she couldn't be more excited about learning Spanish and for Ms. Iveth's weekly visit. She now associates learning new words with also asking how to say them in Spanish. If you are a Spanish speaker who married a non-Spanish speaker (like me) and still want your children to learn the language; this is the way to go. I highly recommend Ms. Iveth to families with young children.

Ivette did a great job of understanding where my level was and then used her education background to come up with an engaging lesson plan tailored for my needs. Even after a few lessons, I could tell that my Spanish was improving. I can't thank her enough for being flexible and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend Ivette if you are looking for a knowledgeable, understanding, kind, and challenging mentor!
