Highly recommend this company. I needed my living room and kitchen floors redone before family came into town. REM came out, quoted my project, and accommodated to my tight timeline. Everything came out amazing!!! I am so glad I found them

I hired REM Renovations to do my laminate wood flooring. They came by did a free estimate we set up a time to get my flooring installed and baseboards changed. Let’s just say I loved the outcome of the flooring and they finished it very quickly. But, I must towards the end we ran into an issue with the front door not being able to close after the flooring was installed. One of the workers ripped off the bottom part of my front door leaving a space underneath my door to get the door to close without making me aware of the issue first, I then decided to bring it to their attention, then receiving attitude from one of the workers after making them aware of the issue, I received a call from the supervisor who stated the issue wasn’t fixable and was told they don’t specialize in doors. I then told him the FULL story of what happened and they agreed to try and fix it. I declined due to the attitude I received after the worker damaged my front door and also the comment that was made” they don’t specialize in doors” to prevent other issues. So, before hiring them make sure when they do the estimate they look at the doors and every detail involving installing flooring first so you won’t run into any hiccups throughout the process!
