- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I set a price per head depending on my clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have helped many clients who are using a caterer for the first time, putting their mind at ease helping them create a menu that they are looking for within their budget. I will not over sell the menu and I am very fair with my pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years in the restaurant and catering industry. I have created hundreds of recipes and dishes for thousands of guests over the years. I personally prepare the majority of every dish I cater. I studied the works of many of the worlds greatest chefs. I took culinary related courses in college.
