Chef Greg at Mangroves was amazing to work with for our wedding. The food was delicious, everyone had only good things to say about it—especially the mahi tacos and the crab cakes! Leading up to the event, Greg was awesome about working with us to cement the menu and everything was so reasonably priced. The "build your own" tacos was so fun and was exactly the vibe we were looking for. We would recommend Mangroves to anyone and everyone.

Chef Greg is friendly and the food was delicious! Numerous people wanted his card for their events. And to top it off, the price was very reasonable. I can't wait to host another party!

Typically I set a price per head depending on my clients budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have helped many clients who are using a caterer for the first time, putting their mind at ease helping them create a menu that they are looking for within their budget. I will not over sell the menu and I am very fair with my pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years in the restaurant and catering industry. I have created hundreds of recipes and dishes for thousands of guests over the years. I personally prepare the majority of every dish I cater. I studied the works of many of the worlds greatest chefs. I took culinary related courses in college.
