Introduction: I am passionate about space and design, and you could say that I help homeowners' problem solve their issues with interior and exterior spaces of their home. I assist homeowners who are trying to sell their house by making certain home improvements are done, from curb appeal to backyard face-lifts. Pasifika Designz also provides a project management service that is targeted toward homeowners and Realtor alike. Based on the design project created by Pasifika, I develop a project plan with complete milestones that subcontractors are liable to meet. These subcontractors are hand picked on the behalf of the homeowner/real estate investor. I create artistic landscape designs and project manage them if need be.
