Had 2 computers all messed up with mixed up passwords etc. My son had recently passed and we could not get the computoers up and running correctly w/o him, Edward from Mobile 941 was able to figure it all out and get borth PC's operating correctly. Thanks for a good job Edward and by the way the cost was not prohibitive

Response time from when I first contacted Mobile941 was excellent and we easily established a good time for both of us. The day of the appt Edwar was running early and he contacted me to see if we could move up the appt time. We did and he arrived at the ETA he provided. I felt very comfortable having this person in my home. We sat at the kitchen table and I answered questions about the apps I used. He also helped me with a glitch I had with my iPhone. My laptop is 3 years old and I felt it was running slow; there was no emergency/virus/ransomware so he was done in less than 1 hour. Good to have this done every few years at a reasonable price before there are major problems.
