Curve Sports Bar, the only sports bar in town servicing five star quality food. Chef Moltzan's passion and dedication for serving quality food is seen in each of the dishes he prepares. I ordered the Cornish hen, in a chimichurri and Ají amarillo sacue that was out of this world! My husband ordered the "not your average" meatloaf with caramelized onions and bacon which my husband thoroughly enjoyed! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Amazing chef, great personality and an obvious love of his craft, this guy can compete w ANYONE and i do mean ANYONE. Most of the famous chefs you see on tv have nothing on this guy. Yeah, its true :)

Not only is he a truly talented chef, he became a great friend, we only worked together for a short time but our creative ideas complimented each other. Very easy to work with and has a great temperament something rarely seen in this profession.

Chef catered our wedding and did such an amazing job. I gave him a general idea of the "types" of things I was thinking about and he came up with the best suggestions. We ended up with a mix of some traditional things and some wonderful creations of his. He also worked well within our budget and there was no pressure or upselling. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was. Highly recommended for any occasion!

pretty simple. The guest will tell me the budget or the menu and we'll go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes I am constantly buying books, and getting magazine's as well as watching food shows.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grand mother some 40 plus years ago, she made soup everyday. Like she said" if you can't make soup you shouldn't be in the kitchen"
