pretty simple. The guest will tell me the budget or the menu and we'll go from there.

yes I am constantly buying books, and getting magazine's as well as watching food shows.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grand mother some 40 plus years ago, she made soup everyday. Like she said" if you can't make soup you shouldn't be in the kitchen"
