Read reviews that mention:
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a case by case bases because each client is different, there are several options available for each client whether digitals, small prints, books, albums even large prints with optional framing. It's up to the client! My initial fees in my replies are for the digitals only and depending on the client needs it will go up from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After submitting my initial quote, the next step is meeting face to face with my clients before the photo session to understand the mood and feel they want for the images, know what they want for the final product and help them prepare for the shoot and what to bring for clothes. In extreme cases If meeting in person is not possible before the session, I would talk with my clients over the phone first then I suggest for the client to create a mood board on Pinterest with examples for other images, the goal is not to imitate the work of others, but to better understand what the client needs since a face to face meeting is not possible in such case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've invested a lot in my self for many years and I was lucky enough to attend live courses taught by the best in the industry with photographers such as Joe McNally, Peter Hurley to name a few. I'm also a proud member of the Professional Photographers of America.
