- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates on all new installations. Our standard fee for service work is $100.00 a hour plus materials, unless that item is under warranty. Most of our work is flat rate priced to make it easier for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different. We have had some people who live out of state and really do not know what is going on at their home which is being rented out. I personally will talk them through the entire process. I am always here to answer any question at any time. Those clients it's done mainly through emails, calls and photos. Other clients who live in their home, I meet personally with and we go over what they may want. We offer many brands of equipment so we have something for any budget. I am willing to hold their hand through the entire process and make sure they are completely satisfied with everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all certified HVAC mechanics and technicians backed by our leader who has over 60 years in the field.
