I was so fortunate to find Maureen on Thumbtack. I was looking for a yoga teacher for a large group of Brazilian high school students for 3 weeks. To my surprise, Maureen is not only a fantastic yoga instructor, but also an excellent experienced ESL teacher. She was professional, creative, and a true joy to work with. In addition to the standard yoga practice suited and built to cater the needs of each individual student I also incorporate different pranayama or breathing techniques that can be used on and off the mat.
