- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive with the work I produce. Based off factors such as specialty balloons, quality materials, travel time, and labor. I'm a bit of a perfectionist so if there's something that needs to be changed, I rather spend the extra time to do so that way all my clients are happy with the outcome and my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I would listen to what the guest is looking for, ask questions to gain more insight and look at the spacing as well in which I will be working in via indoor, outdoor, ceiling height etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently my main job is at a hotel as a sales manager, I've seen the ins and out of events and what it entails from planners to decorators.
