I met Renee by referral, as I was planning a wedding for two dear friends. Her energy, and expertise were the perfect fit! As is the case with any formal affair, there were daily changes, and I'm sure I was making her crazy! However, she never waivered, and kept her focus and energy. The food was exceptional! We chose to have three themed 'food stations'... Asian, Latin, and Mediterranean. and it was an elegant white on white affair! The location was at the Brides' home, on the water, under a clear topped tent, with amazing lighting, and under a full moon! She also handled the creation of huge and stunning Ice Vases as centerpieces. Her attention to detail, and her follow up were critical, and she and her crew received a rousing applause from the wedding guests! I even managed to get her out of the kitchen and onto the dance floor, for "Because I'm Happy!" One additional note... I was not only the wedding planner, but I was also in the wedding party, so my nerves were on edge, being at the church, while things unfolded at the reception. We arrived in our limos to find everything moving right along as planned! Hope to work with her team again in the future. Everything was Absolutely Delish! Thank you, Renee!!
I was very hesitant to hire Michelle OR any wedding planner, I was one of those brides that tried to save money and thought I could do everything myself...(NOT!!!) Wedding planners are VERY expensive and thankfully Michelle was very reasonable. The less days to the wedding the more detailed it became where I was completely out of tune and stressed. My groom and I have been together for 7 years with twin (5 yr) old boys, 2 dogs and all of our family + friends flying in was very tough to organize! Michelle always responded and answered my texts and also recommended other vendors that were reasonably priced and great! She was THE BEST hired vendor at my wedding to say the least! She completely worked her tail off to make every single aspect and detail of my wedding a perfection! (and OH man theres A LOT of those little things that we all forget). I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH she's AMAZING!!! Our family couldn't be happier, she was the complete package that made it all happen and the wedding was incredible thanks to her! THANK YOU MICHELLE!!! although we live 90 minutes (driving) away, if we ever have a party or a company function I will definitely reach out in hopes she can travel and organize it because I know it will be GREAT!!!!
Julie was phenomenal. She began working with us just weeks before our wedding, after we had been planning our wedding for 70 people for about 4 months. I am absolutely confident saying that our wedding day could not have come together without Julie's assistance. She was incredibly professional and detail-oriented, identifying the choices we had yet to make and the choices we didn't realize we needed to make. She followed up with our vendors and kept us focused and calm. I had such anxiety about the wedding, and Julie put my mind at ease, and made herself thoroughly available to us. For the day of, her assistant Jill was with her. Jill was also very professional and helpful. They made the entire event seamless. Our families have a lot of personalities to corral, and Julie & Jill did a fantastic job handling them. We had one major issue occur during our reception - the fire alarm went off causing us momentary panic. Julie handled all the confusion that ensued (it was a false alarm, but the fire department showed up!), and partnered with each vendor getting the party back on track. Now, instead of a bad memory, the incident has become a fond & funny story! The rest of the evening was wonderful, just like the entire day had been. Julie was amazing and I thank her so much for being a part of our wedding day.

Valerie did such an amazing job for our wedding day. I am someone who has a stressful job and had no time to plan my wedding. Valerie coordinated all my vendors (who were fantastic) and she helped me stay within our budget. My wedding day was so much fun since she took care of everything for me. My venue looked absolutely amazing and everyone had such a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend Valerie to any bride who needs help and someone knowledgable for how to put on a great party! Great people to work with. They provided the food for our wedding and it was delicious. Not having a wedding planner, I had a lot to worry about as it was, but they took care of everything they were responsible for. I would 100% recommend them for any large scale dinner, wedding, or party. Great people, great service, and the food was excellent as well!
Everything about using the Dream Team was incredible. Sharita went above and beyond as the day of wedding planner. She helped with planning and shopping and organizing. As the mother of the bride I did not have to left a finger on the wedding day . On the day of the reception I was stress free and able to relax and enjoy the day.

Hi all! I'm a seasoned and professional wedding and corporate event planner. I have my CWP and CMP license with 12 years of experience. My services include sourcing (venue selection), site and planning visits, contract negotiation, room design and layout, vendor selection (floral, linen, entertainment) audio visual needs, food and beverage selection, menu tasting, transportation, hotel room blocks, event logistics, timelines and checklists, and day-of coordination and execution. For events taking place at a hotel, I will ensure you're meeting the food and beverage minimum, handle load-in and load-out of vendors, and retain/submit completed vendor guideline rules and COIs as needed. For weddings, I will uphold religious and cultural preferences and assist in securing the following services: hair, makeup, photography, and videography. I will secure vendors or work with those you've chosen. Additional miscellaneous areas I specialize in include offsite catering, tuxedo rentals, rehearsal and dinner, security, city permits and special licensing, destination events, and printing (place cards, menus, directional signage). I've worked for DMCs and only Five Diamond hotels focusing on groups and special events. I have a significant network of industry professionals as a South Florida native, and offer my services at an extremely fair cost and below the industry standard.
