The finger pad on my laptop in the two buttons for left and right Mouse functions were not working. My regular computer guy could do nothing to fix them and I found virus check on the internet. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There's never any initial fees, other shops will charge you for walking in the door. I normally charge $35 an hour with a $50 minimum. I can work in my office or at your home and I only charge a $50 destination charge. Half the price but twice the experience is my motto.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I treat everybody equally. I don't charge an initial fee. And there's no charge unless I fix it. I always get it right the first time. I guarantee that we have the lowest prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelors degree in electronic engineering. Associates degree in IT. Associates degree in graphic design. 20 years retired Navy IT. Everyone on my staff has their degrees in their field of work.
