Just from photos he was able to identify a possible water leak and the white growth was mildew. During the inspection, he was able to find the source of the leak in the HVAC system as well as find mold in all of the a/c vents. Mike has experience in multiple trades and was able to fix the HVAC leak, find multiple issues that I didn’t know even existed and helped me with the mildew, and existing mold. He could get there any faster and his price was substantially less than anyone else’s. He was digging up the pipe to repair it and he did have to go to Home Depot a couple of times due to the combination of different piping material affected but he was diligent and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend him"See more

Ryan was great! He went above and beyond to get my sliding door repaired. He even went beyond just the basic repair and had to take additional time to remove part of the tile structure beside the door (with my permission of course). This was the only way to remove and be able to repair the door. The door now slides effortlessly and I’m so grateful for the work he did, thanks again!

I did a lot of research before stumbling across Deco Factory USA and I have to say that I am so happy I did. Extremely rude this person. Don’t hire. Not recommended Stephen. He gave his number and I called to ask about door install and stucco beam and he said I do it for 34 years and dont tell me how to do. He disconnected the phone on the face. Egoistic good for nothing contractor. Don’t waste time . If this person behaves like on 1st call I could imagine how he would when the project is in middle .
