- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When my kids were little it gave me flexablilty to switch days if they were sick, but still get my job accomplished in a timely manner. It was the best of both worlds.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Bathrooms, dusting, vacuming, mopping floors, patios, refridgerators, patios, shopping, caregiving, laundry, helping organize cabinets, drawers, kitchens, blinds, ledges, inside and outside maintenance, ie changing AC filters if accessible, hanging curtains, just whatever the customer needs. I am very flexible. And stronger than I look. :)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for references, call them and ask anything you can think of from one of the longest customers your potential housekeeper has what they are like. Not just as a worker, but do you trust them? Are they nice? I have a set of keys for every single house I clean, because I am trusted implicitly. Trust is EVERYTHING> And a great cleaning job of course.
