- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have both shop and mobile pricing that is inline with others in the industry. Your BEST friend gets a discount in their birthday and we may run some things during the year that we discount and announce them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We inform a new customer how our business was researched and how we acknowledge each dog throughout their spa day with us. We are clear and informative when speaking to a new client. There will be no questions when we are done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff spends each day learning something about the industry. We have groomers that have been through school and others that have learned through their passion for animals. We have all 5 star reviews on our website.
