We found David to be a very personable person with a lot of patience!! He worked very hard and many hours to get our security system to work!! He called after leaving to make sure everything was working correctly and for days after. He responded immediately to our calls with questions we had. We felt he undercharged us for the amount of time and work he put into our situation. So we actually paid him more! We would highly recommend him without hesitation!!

I asked David to figure out why my Laptop could not find it's modem to connect to the Internet. He first checked the drivers and found them OK. Then he discovered that the Microsoft operating System needed repair. He carefully backed up the Laptops files and programs, then successfully repaired the operating system. He carefully double checked his work. David is very knowledgeable, with many years experience, and did a fantastic job! He is very pleasant to work with, and I will not hesitate to ask him for computer help in the future.

Service still in progress. Will review when completed.... David has completed solving my initial problem, and opened my eyes to additional capabilities my computer was capable of. He added a drive, coordinated and backed up my files, showed me some other tricks of the trade, and dazzled me with his expertise. David has a friendly and personable manner and was a pleasure to deal with. He also made several follow up phone calls to make sure I was comfortable with the new changes and check if I needed more help. I will most definitely use him again if needed and highly recommend him to anyone in need of competent computer services at a reasonable price.
