I believe in setting you up with a fitness plan for life. It is better for me to show you the best exercises and forms for you, and then leave you with the life skills to carry it your exercise plan forward on your own. I feel that the greatest part about being a personal trainer is having the chance to transform not only my client's body, but their mind and lifestyle as well. Being a personal trainer means being there for my client through the great and the awful, answering emails and being on-call if a client has questions from muscle soreness to protein powder.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    All packages include a full nutritional plan including shopping list, recipes and tailored to your personal needs. Homework to do on your days off. 24/7 Phone support. We are there to talk you out of those bad food decisions.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I provide weight loss services to most of my clients. However, I also have clients that wish to gain weight or muscle. With every client, I provide a nutrition plan and homework. The training just does not stop when our session is finished. I make sure that it is carried on when I am not present. Even when I am finished with a client, I check up on their progress monthly to make sure they are keeping the weight off. I also provide counseling and therapy to clients who have gone through a difficult time and are looking to mentally change as well as physically.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    There are different certifications. Some are more valued than others. NASM is the highest certification in the industry. If a trainer gets certified in under a week I would be very cautious about hiring them.
