Sarah is a well rounded trainer. She has challenged me and considered my abilities when giving me routines to do with her and without her. She is very flexible with her schedule and works extremely hard at making sure you are receiving the best quality care. I talk to her a lot about food and diet and she speaks to me without judgment which I appreciate. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get back on track with diet and exercise or even if you are just learning.Jun 28, 2018

I have work with Sarah on numerous occasions and I must say she is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with (and I've worked with many). She knows her stuff! I have learned so much from her, from new exercises, to my body's true capability! However, she also knows what exercises I should hold off on doing so I don't hurt myself, and what exercises I can do to progress to the harder ones. Her nutrition advice is incredible as well. Since following her nutrition plan, I am not hungry, and I am not deprived of foods I like, yet I am still seeing results! In addition to her vast array of knowledge, she is also a very personable and kind person. She is lovely to talk to, and makes the sessions go by fast, while still being challenging. Sarah is the ultimate trainer; A mix of a great personality, knowledge, and she can kick my @$# while keeping me from overdoing it at the same time!Jun 8, 2015Review from Facebook

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The price per session can vary depending on length of the session (hours or half hours) and the amount of sessions you commit to. Sessions get cheaper based on the amount of sessions you purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we meet and do a complimentary assessment, discussing some information about health history and your current fitness level. We use this time to clarify your goals and take measurements. I also assess posture and form during a few simple exercises to help me determine which muscle groups are over or under-active. This will help me design a customized workout for your goal. The first session is always free, so you can see the value in the service :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified through AAPTE through Hofstra University and through NASM. I also hold certifications in fitness nutrition and corrective exercise through NASM as well.
