I met with Kevin from Tropical Roofing at 1 of my Properties, he was honest and informed me that the issue was with the stucco and not the roof, because he was so honest with this I used him to work on my parents lanai roof which had an ongoing leak, he immediately addressed the leak and made the repair as discussed. He was always professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. His work was done efficiently and with great quality. I will absolutely be using Kevin again in the future and recommend him to anyone in need of a roof work.

Hired Kevin/Tropical for partial roofing job repair to a two year old roof... My roof had been 100% replaced in May2020... Hurricane Ian thru tree limbs into roof breaking concrete tiles...A year after Ian my insurance company finally suggested partial repairs... Kevin gave me a fair estimate to do repairs... He arrived a week later to do jobs for me & my next door neighbor both jobs done concurrently ... I will highly recommend Tropical roofing for jobs!

Our minimum charge starts at $400. Estimates are always free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we scheduled a appointment with a new customer then we meet up at there property and inspect there roof and give our professional opinion on what should be done, if the customer agrees we usually start the work 2 days after receiving a deposit on repairs only, for roof replacements it takes a little longer due to the permitting process.

I have hands on experience everything I learned about roofing was from being on a roof
