Mike was able to replace two stuck valves, replace two sprinkler heads and straighten out a problem with the zones. Mike was very professional, timely, and thorough. I highly recommend him and would would call on him again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing, there is never a situation where we say it may take this long so the price is between this price and that price. The guess work for the customer is eliminated. It is this price no matter how long the repair takes. Our flat rate pricing is very competitive and fair with the industry. Our company also offers interest free financing for 24 months, depending on the job requirements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers receive a free 12 point comprehensive irrigation system inspection and system efficiency score. Upon completion, we then review in detail the critical repairs needed as well as any upgrades the system should have, and all costs associated with the report. This process is completely FREE of charge and valued at $150.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 23 years of experience in the irrigation industry. I am certified through Hunter Industries with respect to irrigation installation and troubleshooting. I also am certified through Pentair with respect to installing and troubleshooting centrifugal and submersible pumps. Every year I attend multiple seminars through various organizations to continually educate myself as the irrigation industry keeps evolving. My largest concentration is smart irrigation and watering efficiently.
