Introduction: We offer dressage, jumpers, and event training and have a breeding farm. We are also a rehab specialist. We are a breeder of high-quality Doberman Pinschers for the family and work. I have lived my life with horses. I was born into a family that raised and bred horses. I went to a school that specialized in training equestrian professionals, and I spent several years in an apprenticeship to learn everything I could. I am a life-long learner, and even as I teach, I continue to take lessons and get coaching for myself. I love what I do and the person it has made me. I hope to get the chance to meet you and share my passion with you.

I just had the most amazing lesson from Lisa. From tacking my horse to natural supplements to help her relax. Some simple exercises changed my seat dramatically!! I did not know I could sit so deep in the saddle!! She is very conscious of how much work the horse and the rider can handle in a lesson. I was never so pleased!! Thank you Suzanne at Bits and Spurs for telling me about Lisa Murphy and Leprechaun Training Center . . I am going back in a week for another lesson!! I can not wait!!

Lisa is a truly talented and wonderful teacher. The first lesson I had with her was eye opening and included not only instruction time in the saddle but time on the ground as well. It's been almost a month now that I've been riding my three mares with Lisa and I'm astounded at the progress we've made! The dreams and goals I have for my horses and I seem so much more attainable with Lisa's incredible knowledge and guidance. I'm hooked!! :)

The facilities are wonderful now, but Lisa has plans of further improving them! Additionally her passion for the business and horses is evident. It's obvious that she does this for the horses and because she's truly passionate and cares about each horse, boarder, student and client! Additionally I found her horsemanship and knowledge was second to none.

Found these amazing people through the unfortunate circumstances of hurricane Matthew, they were so sweet and incredibly helpful in accommodating my two horses, 6 others from our barn in Ormond as well as my friends 6 for a total of 14 on such short notice. (Including a stallion and stud colt) I honestly couldn't thank Lisa and John enough for their support and making us feel right at home in such a stressful situation. They have great plans for this facility and a passion for what they do. I can't wait to come back just for fun in the future!! By the way, their indoor arena is amazing!!!

My pricing system is based around our horses and our facility. We are safety centered and use our training fees to maintain our horses and our center.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to have a conversation to find out about personal goals, concerns, and background. I prefer to work from a point of mutual awareness and safety. Understanding the needs and desires of my clients helps me to tailor a program that meets their specific desires, hopes, and dreams.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently completing my Master's in Equine Education. I already possess my MBA and a few other business related licenses; however, my most important education and training has come from over 40 years of working with and owning horses. I have trained with the best and the brightest from Olympic Gold Medalists to Natural Horsemanship Gurus.
