Introduction: I care about all of my clients on a personal level. I literally put myself into their shoes and am with them every second of the journey, I have also been in their shoes so I can identify with them through every step of the program. I have contact with all of my clients daily through text, email, or phone. I am available to all of my clients 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. I get to help people feel better, look better, and get healthier every single day! I get texts with photos of my clients trying on smaller jeans or wearing a 2 piece bathing suit for the first time in years. I get to help my clients have more self esteem and more self confidence, everyday is an amazing day for me!!

I met with my trainer this week for the first time and was very impressed with her professionalism and her motivation to help me devise a specific plan to assist me achieve my goal. She explained everything to me and arrived on time as well. I look forward to working with Jenny as she is very sweet and supportive, and not too pushy.

Have worked with Keith for past 18 months. Through a series of methodical changes (varied workouts with weights, bands, and body weight, not drinking calories, improved diet, myfitnesspal, and measurements every 6 weeks), I have lost 40 pounds. More importantly I have gained muscle which has improved my metabolism and energy. Keith has creative and evolving techniques to challenge my middle aged metabolism. He understands my long term goal to remain active for the rest of my life, not just the next 6-12 weeks. He is patient, encouraging, and nurturing without being a marshmallow.

From the start Keith was always very professional and knowledgable. From my first submission to look for a trainer he was very elaborate in his answer in how he could take me to the next level of my fitness training. The initial consultation was very thorough and he was very personable and genuine. Makes you feel that he really has an interest in seeing you succeed. I've had a couple of training sessions and its been great... I already feel more energetic and stronger.. That coupled with his focus on nutrition I've already lost more than my weekly goal weight almost 2lbs in a week! I would highly recommend this trainer to anyone. I know that with this progress and focus I will be able to reach my goals in no time.

Has had an amazing experience so far hiring KB2 fitness to help me reach my fitness goals. Keith and his team (Brooke for me) are very knowledgeable and highly aware of what needs ti be done to reach your goals. I had the best workout today with Brooke and am already feeling it! Cant wait to see my results with this KB2 behind me!! :)))

I started working out with Keith in the beginning of 2011. I had a child and still hadnt lost the weight I wanted. I had ALOT of toning up to do. I knew I didnt have the motivation to work out on my own so I decided to look into personal trainers. I googled personal trainers in my area and lots showed up! I eliminated people who didnt have a picture and I compared services and prices. Keith seemed the best so I emailed him. He came to my home and my apartments gym. He was extremely nice and helpful. We could laugh and joke around while still being productive. He was relentless about eating right and exercising. He would text me everyday to see how I was doing. I was always reminded of my cardio that needed to be done and different meal options I could choose. He even went grocery shopping with me to show me the things that I buy that are ok and some better alternatives for others. The time he spent doing that and texting me was on his own time. He wasnt doing that because he was getting paid it was just because he cared. I also found myfitnesspal extremely helpful. Its a website that allows you to track your food and calories along with your exercise. I was shocked to know that some days I wasnt eating enough calories! I didnt realize that could prevent weight loss. It was also extremely rewarding to see how much more you can eat because you worked out that day. Seeing how many calories your actually eating in one sitting if your just munching on snacks is very eye opening. I learned tips and tools that will last a life time. If I had the money I would still be working out with Keith. If you want someone to help you reach your goals and support you in the process Keith is your man!
