- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair pricing. Most of my customers prefer an a la carte service and I usually work with your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically setup a call with a new customer to get a feel for their needs and from there we can decide the best way to move forward. I love to meet my customers face to face but I can also do zoom or Skype calls depending on their availability. Whatever works for the customer works for me. It is all about them!
