Perhaps our original review should have made it clear that the owner Boby and his crew were great and the move was on point. Our big issues was how the damage to our sofa was handled after the facts. Felt like we were given the run around and the intent to resolve should have been handled with more urgency and settled. while we were not happy with the end result of us having a damage couch we would’ve been very happy if the situation would’ve handled in a prompt manner. We were reimbursed ver minimal for a brand new damaged couch, but accepted a low offer for some sort of credit. Again the real issue here was a lack of proper communication and urgency to close the matter quickly. Again, also let me clarify that bobbie was awesome and helpful through the actual move. Very sorry i let the pen of a review get to me and it should not hold anyone up from booking their services.
