I charge a booking fee before the event. The amount of this fee varies with the size of the party.

After the reservation is confirmed I work with my customer to tailor a perfect menu for the event. This is also a good time to decide if the host wants me to briefly explain to the guests the history of the pizzas I am going to serve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did not attend any tradition training. I come from an Italian family with many restaurants and pizzerie.
