Jim really relaxed me. It was quite enjoyable. Going back Monday to try out his yoga class
Heidi came to our house with her massage table. The entire process was seamless and relaxing. Highly recommend!!
I have known Kathy Bowen for over six years. Kathy is one of the most industrious, enterprising, creative and dedicated professionals I have known. I practiced Yoga for over four (4) years and have had many, many instructors. I attended Kathys classes for almost two years at least twice a week. Kathy knew just what her students should do, can do and can aspire to achieve. Kathy always introduced new twists into the ancient elements of Yoga to keep it fresh and exhilarating. Kathy is a great collaborator and her willingness to assist anyone in need is to be admired. I would highly recommend Kathy Bowen for any venture she is involved with.
I am brand new to yoga. Pratibha is patient and encouraging as she teaches me from the ground up, gently guiding me through different poses. Her knowledge and expertise is vast, yet she never makes me feel like I am holding her back from teaching. She is responsive to my individual needs and even designed a menu to help me when I was feeling a little under the weather with a cold. I am privileged to be learning from her!!
Nicole led a Yoga 101 class. She did a wonderful job introducing absolute beginners to the practice of yoga. She is patient and observant of the students and helps them with modifications as necessary. There were people in the class from college-age to retirees. I have since taken other classes with Nicole because of the good experience I had in her beginner's class.
He is very knowledgeable about how to stay safe while exercising and he is very good at explaining it in a way that is easy to understand and apply when I am working out on my own. I like that it is not just running and weight lifting with him and that he incorporates TRX, yoga, and body weight exercises. Thank you!
I offer a combination of techniques that are specifically designed for each individual's wellness needs to balance to the body, mind, and spirit. I do this with a unique blend of massage therapy and therapeutic yoga.
Flexibility has always been my main focus in yoga and michelle understood that and even studied up on more yin yoga for me to work on. She's definitely dedicated to her clients.

I provide breezy yoga everyday for work and play. This is my background. I am an exercise physiologist, insured and registered yoga teacher, corrective exercise specialist, fitness specialist, fitness nutrition specialist, prenatal exercise specialist, and certified chair yoga teacher. I hold a Master of Science degree in exercise science and rehabilitation. I am currently a yoga instructor, exercise physiologist, health and wellness specialist, and patient educator in various locations around the Tampa Bay area. This is my style and philosophy. I teach multiple styles of yoga and popular group exercise classes at studios, corporate fitness centers, and hospitals. Infusing various elements of body movement, I help create a multisensory experience, which includes traditional yoga practice, kinesiology, exercise physiology, yoga Thai adjustments, sound therapy, guided meditation, nondrug-related pain management, and deep breathing techniques. I have a true passion for living the life of health and wellness both on and off the mat, and I use these experiences to fuse yoga and body awareness in every class. These are my passions: I truly believe yoga is a form of therapy for the body, mind and spirit. I also volunteer as a yoga therapist throughout the community in both studio and clinical settings, because I am an advocate of community service and local community involvement. I bring yoga to students and special populations, which include military veterans and caregivers, Huntington's, Parkinson's, ALS, and multiple sclerosis patients and caregivers, county health and wellness programs, women's jail programs, Ophelia young women's project, school wide children's fitness programs, and adults with developmental disabilities.

If you are seeking a yoga instruction, Shelley Parris Williams is the one to go to. Aware of her practice in FL, I anxiously awaited for her arrival in NY so I could be led by her. Not only does she demonstrate knowledge of technique, but she taught me how to breath correctly (I knew I had been shortening my breathe with incorrect breathing) and takes time to connect with you. Guided by her words and movement, I experienced an "ahhhhhhh" type of experience. Everyone should share in this experience with her!
