- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is a reflection of the standard of care our Pet Sitters provide. We are a family here at Dog Days & Cat Naps, and our clients and their pets become part of our family when they sign up with us! Beyond that, we provide complimentary meet and greets to ensure the sitter and the pet family is a good fit. We also provide a discount for military families!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We begin with a warm welcome to our family, provide a highly detailed welcome letter with information and instructions on getting registered online, and provide support to the client from start to finish. We listen to the client's needs and concerns, and answer any questions they have. We offer to walk with the client as they familiarize themselves with the client portal, and offer personal communication methods to ensure they can always reach us when needed. We take care to never leave them feeling unattended to while they settle into their Pet Sitting family, and carry that same practice forward as they turn from a new client to a years-long client!
