Rap was the perfect example of how every trainer should be! Not only is he genuinely personable and fun, he motivates you to push your limits but has the ability to recognize when your body needs to rest. He focuses on strong posture and a strong core which are critically important to any healthy and safe workout. He is well-versed in his knowledge of the body and the importance of each muscle which helps you to understand the reasons for the exercises. After watching me for just a few minutes, he was able to tell me which parts of my body needed strengthening which allowed him to design a work out regiment accordingly. During training, he consistently made me aware of my arching back and how important it is to remediate this to prevent back injury. Now I am much more conscious of my arch and work to fix it during my workouts. I left his training sessions feeling rejuvenated not only by his fun personality but by the intense workouts that pushed my body to a whole new level! I highly recommend him as a trainer for any level. He will definitely get you where you want to be!
I have been training with Josh for the past year. My daughter originally introduced me to him and indeed she also still trains with him and I have not looked back. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, (currently forty-nine) if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Josh is always very encouraging but also determined to work you hard to reach your goals. He has a vast knowledge of his profession, and answered any questions I had any time I needed help. I have a doctorate in pharmacy and my knowledge base is very strong when it comes to science, but I have consistently struggled with building the body that I have always wanted. I feel very fortunate to have met Rodney as my personal trainer. I have gone through a couple personal trainers before and my experience has not been good. I decided to give one more shot and was surprised by Rodney’s knowledge and dedication regarding bodybuilding. Rodney has exceeded my expectation. He is more passionate about getting you the results that you desire than yourself. He is flexible, reliable, amicable, and genuine to his core when it comes to discipline and training. He always arrives 5-10 minutes prior to the allotted training time. He is never on the phone when he is training you. He never walks or wanders away in the gym to talk to anyone. His entire focus is YOU in that hour. He gives his 100% in training you. He has a lot of experience in bodybuilding. Very knowledgeable about learning and growing the muscle along with tailored diet to your body’s need. I highly recommend Rodney as a personal trainer if you are looking for a genuine person who takes interest in your success. It’s hard to find personal trainers who will give their 100% in your success and if you are not succeeding they will push you until you get to the next level.
If you are looking for actual results look no further. I have Cerebral Palsy and Personal Training has always been a need in my life. I walked with a crutch and believed I needed it. Not only did Jason Get me stronger and bigger than I have ever been in my life, he Challenged me to break that belief system about my "disability". I now use the crutch when I have a lot of standing. What a dramatic change to my life. I can not speak highly enough about Jasons pursuit for perfection, and willingness to help me change my life forever. Word of caution, be prepared to get you butt kicked, and always remember its only for 45 mins. Best Trainer Ever!!

Jake is one of the most caring loving and funniest trainer I ever met. He really makes you feel comfortable he makes you feel like you are at home he treats you like you are family and not just me he treats everyone the same. Such an amazing guy! Workouts and nutrition were catered to meet my personal needs. Never a boring workout and always mixed things up. Soreness is guranteed! Alan is an awesome trainer! Definitely pushes you to get the most out of every workout. At times you might temporarily feel like hating him when you're tired and doing a set of burpees haha. But you'll quickly realize hard work pays off. I'm motivated by results and sticking with Xtreme I lost over 80lbs and had never felt more physically fit in my life! This gym is very inviting unlike most gyms that are intimidating. The staff is very friendly (as are the clients I run into), the price is extremely reasonable and I like having the flexibility of being able to book with any of the available trainers although I work with Jason King 99% of the time. There are a variety of machines to try, classes to sign up for and a shower for those days you want to fit in a workout before work. The gym has grown since it opened and has equipment for cardio, strength, TRX and circuit training. I highly recommend signing up for three sessions even if you don't plan to continue afterwards. It'll help boost your morale and begin your fitness journey.
I'm a 29 yr old young lady, average to athletic build, who has dabbled in cross fit, group fitness, yoga and olympic lifting. When I came to the strength shop my goals were strength and body building. What I love about Matt and his gym is the wealth and knowledge and experience he brings to the table (body building, power lifting, gymnastics), how sustainable and comprehensive his programs are and how attentive he is. When I train with him I learn about the anatomy, physiology, and science of strength training. I am not chained to him or his gym, rather I learn about the rationale behind my strength training program so that I can take it with me anywhere and adjust accordingly as I advance. My current program is perfect for me, every day I start out with a warm up AND mobility drill (yoga, dynamic stretches, and basic strength exercises are totally peppered in there) then my primary lift and accessory work. Of course things are adjusted according to my needs and performance but there is always a plan. My workouts are purposeful AF and I never feel like I'm wasting time or don't understand the benefit in an exercise or movement. I've only been training with Matt for a few months but by every metric I'm better for it. I'm stronger, smarter, leaner, more focused, my lifts are cleaner. Just yes. TSS is a legit strength factory- no gimmicks, fads, or nonsense. Come prepared to train hard and train smart. Guarenteed you'll learn something new every time. Also...gainz. All the gainz. 💪
Alex Latow has been my personal trainer since January of 2015. He trained me while we were both attending Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa and will remain as my trainer through the 2015 summer in Deltona, Florida. Alex was always looking for feedback and was always very clear with the goals we were setting both short-term and long-term. He would go above and beyond always on time whether it was 6am before school, or 7pm after track practice he was always there and ready to train. He could always explain the purpose of each exercise and was ready and able to give demonstrations when needed. Alex is an incredibly dedicated individual and I was able to achieve my body fat percentage and weight goals very quickly thanks to Alex's knowledge with diet plans, cardiovascular, and strength training.

The one on one interaction with Brion overall gave me a better sense of confidence, motivation, and a drive like no other, which I will continue to use in my everyday life! Chris is a very professional personal trainer who loves what he does for a living. He is very attentive and focused on you and your session when training with him. After starting the program, it seemed to me that I was always eating (per my trainers instructions), and I didn't see how it could possibly help my weight by eating more often. However, I was reassured at two weeks when I realized that my waist size had already decreased! I'm excited about sticking with the program 3 times a week. Its very encouraging and fun. I highly recommend working out with Chris, to obtain the results that you desire. We have only one body, so it's important to treat it with the respect it deserves. Cylda had me lose more weight in the 3 months Ive been training with her, than my last two trainers were able to do in 2 years. She cares, pushes me hard, and really helps encourage me nutritionally as well. SO glad I got linked up with such a great trainer.
Robert is an experienced exercise trainer who also keeps himself in top shape. He assessed my needs and capabilities and started patiently and slowly to build my endurance and balance and then strength. At each step he explained the muscles and the group of muscles he was leading me to work. My workouts are enough to push me to the limit to accomplish my goals. Every session is personalized with the exercises hand written and planned. Core and More is clean, organized and with excellent equipment and a friendly staff. I enjoy working with Robert and wish that I would have gotten involved with personal fitness long before I did. I recommend Core and More to anyone interested in personal training in a friendly and professional environment.
My experiences at B-6 Fit have been mind blowing. I have lost over 50 pounds within a short period of time. Steve Sabella has provided personal training to my teenager for over a year. Steve has motivated him to become stronger, quicker and much more fit. Steve has designed a specific regimen to address a medical issue (scoliosis) and to help prevent it from worsening. I highly recommend Steve. He knows his stuff and will work with you to meet your fitness goals no matter what your starting point.
I have severe thyroid and knee issues and Kim did everything she could to make sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. She has been training me from another state which is a fantastic idea. I got numerous food and exercises specifically for me. I haven't ever had someone put in so much effort to make sure I was comfortable. If I ever had a issue Kim made sure we adjusted what I needed done. I would recommend her and Flourish Fitness to anyone looking to either get in shape, learn better nutrition, find out how to work with any health issues you have. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need.
