Space Coast did a wonderful job installing rain gutters on our home, guest house & 3 car garage. It took 3 days to complete our rather big job, I thought it might be longer. They were on time, neat,competitively priced, pleasant & did the job right and even changed a couple of lightbulbs I couldn't reach! I hired Frank to remodel a condo that was in part, on the verge of falling apart. Besides the excellent work he did on the tile, ceiling, paint, closet doors and blinds, he also fixed small things here and there throughout the apt. His pricing was fair and although he slightly ran over schedule, we worked something out around that minor misstep. All in all, I would highly recommend Frank for a number of renovation and repair services. He is knowledgable, thorough, flexible, and most all friendly. I had to handle this renovation via long distance, so Frank's attentiveness and aforementioned flexibility were key for me. Don't hesitate to hire him, you won't be sorry.
