Latest Review: For the past 2 years I was a regular at the gym usually about 5-6 days a week. However, when I suffered a herniated disc in my back it got to the point where I didnt enjoy going to the gym, let alone doing anything else. After dealing with back pain for over a year, seeing physical therapists and chirocpractors I lost my passion for working out and begin to gain an excess amount of weight. Lamond, who I have known for over 10 years convinced me into working out with him and hat he could help me get my passion back for health and fitness. I was very skeptical at first because I was very wary of making my back injury worse. But I decided to give it a try, after almost 6 months of working out 4 days a week at 5 am every morning, I am down almost 50 lbs from almost a year and a half ago. With consistent training, stretching, eating right, and rest I have seen an overall change from prior to my injury.
