- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The rates for my services include an hourly per bartender as well as a configuration for the gratuity which differs if the host/hostess is responsible for it. The length of hours worked usually includes the event hours in addition to an extra hour for setup and another extra hour for cleanup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do attend the local ABC Bartending School in Tampa, FL to stay refreshed and updated on new laws, trends, etc. Also, I am constantly researching other bars and restaurants as well as collaborating with fellow bartenders.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoyed being in the hospitality industry at a very young age and I began to understand the importance of building business and personal relationships through food and beverage after going through culinary school.
