John was the Martial Arts instructor (specifically jiu jitsu) at my university for several years. My knowledge, technique, and general enthusiasm for it increased because of Bruno's unique and personal teaching style. I am lucky to say I got the opportunity to train under a great teacher.
I have known Julie for 25 years and I must tell you she is awesome! I live out of state but every year when I come to Florida I have great workouts with Julie. She is very motivating and I am inspired by her!! This summer while I was down I had the privilege of being at Physique Fitness Studio. I love the different workout options she offers with the cycling, bags and cardio! Keep up the great work!
I have known EJ Diaz for over 20 years and have had the pleasure to train with him in both a law enforcement and martial arts capacity. He is one of those rare people that lives each day as an example to others. He provides an unmatched training environment and makes you leave every day believing in yourself just a little more. He has been, and always will be, the standard by which I measure my character and contribution to the world.
Q and his staff are exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to train MMA OR Jiu Jitsu professionally or just looking to get in shape. Thank you all. Looking forward to training together again soon.
Pete is by far the BEST coach/trainer I have every had. His experience and knowledge of nutrition to overall body fitness is superb. No matter what your level, be it beginner or seasoned athlete, Pete will improve your performance at a rate that is suitable to you. I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in their health, fitness and overall well being.
I am pleased to comment on Jack Harris as a Tai Chi instructor. I studied with Jack in two one hour sessions each week for one year at the Vanderbilt Dayani Center for Health & Wellness in Nashville, TN. This was my first introduction to Tai Chi. Jack is very knowledgeable about the various forms of Tai Chi, as well as other martial arts. Our sessions were focused on the needs of persons in their sixties or older or with special health issues. We used the 24 Form Simplied version. Jack noted that Tai Chi had three elements that he tried to address equally: health, martial, and art. As for health, he stressed that we should only do what our bodies were comfortable doing; he made each person in the class at ease with his or her level of activity. As for the martial aspects, he pointed out the martial arts origin of each of the tai chi forms, not for us to learn the martial arts, but rather so that we might better understand the correct body movements. I found this not only interesting, but also helpful in learning the forms. The arts were incorporated into the grace he helped us development in the movement of our hands and arms and the rest of the body. I am very grateful for the opportunity to have studied with Jack. He is reliable, has a good sense of humor, and is sensitive to the physical and psychological needs of each person in the group.
I have been a fan of martial arts since i was a wee lad. For my entire life i came to realize that most places you join are sink or swim. The instructor leaves you alone with barely any instruction and its up too you. Untill i found tampa bay wing chun. I met sihing garret and was greeted by everyone genuinely. The instructor takes the time to ensure your learning properly. Its a place i would call safe and fun. The atmosphere is one of a kind and the level of instruction is off the charts. If you want a kind, genuine and inviting studio. With an instructor who will teach you true self defense and go the extra mile then tampa bay wing chun is where you need to be.

I have been working with Tony for about 3 weeks. He has demonstrated extensive knowledge of body physiology, enabling him to choose just the right exercises to build my upper body w/o hurting my lower back or sore shoulder. He is also a terrific motivator, pushing me to work harder on the weights, where I admit to being somewhat lazy compared to my effort in cardio (e.g., 2-3 hours of road biking with heart rate above 70% of max is my idea of a fun workout). Finally, he is a fun guy to talk with, making the hour in the gym enjoyable physically and mentally.
