I used Thumbtack services to get quotes on carpet cleaning and although a little skeptical about the type of job I’d get since the price was so low, I went ahead and hired Insuraclean. I’ve never hired a professional carpet cleaning company because I’ve always rented a carpet cleaner and did it myself. I recently had people living with me who were complete filth and the carpet was atrocious after they moved out. I did not have the time or energy to give it the cleaning it truly needed therefore I opted to have a professional do it. I assumed that no matter where I went or how much money I paid to get the job done, I wasn’t going to get what I truly wanted due to the condition of the carpet. I also felt that once they came, they would increase the price after they seen the work that was cut out for them and if they didn’t increase the price, they would definitely do a quick job and tell me it wasn’t going to come any cleaner. I was wrong on so many levels!! I was taken back and overwhelmed with joy when I seen the outcome. I honestly felt like I should have paid him triple what he charged. Todd not only provided outstanding service but took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the job that was done. He was professional, fast, efficient and extremely courteous.
