Introduction: Regarding computer work.... During my 20+ years as the office 'computer guy', I provided face to face computer support and training to hundreds of users and managed the network to which the users were all connected. My troubleshooting and research skills make me a master at repairing broken equipment and solving so many unusual PC problems.
Regarding my skills as a woodworker and handyman... I spent many hours in a woodshop as a young man and have continued the pleasure throughout my years. If you have old furniture in need of repair or refinishing, I can help. I also building custom doors, table and cabinets. As a handyman, I am self taught. More important than what I can do, I will tell you immediately when I don't know how to do something. No sense wasting your time or mine.

My laptop was physically damaged. From photos, Scott was able to tell what parts I needed and located them on Amazon. He then sent me links, so I could order the parts and have them ready when he arrived to perform the repair. Although the repair took longer than I think that he thought it would, he charge me the originally quoted price. I will definitely recommend him in the future.

I can't say enough about my experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. My computer works now. He is very polite. The value is great. He was fast and cleaned up after. Even helped me with some extra questions etc at no charge. He was responsive from the start, and exactly on time.

Scott was awesome! He methodically reviewed and researched the problem so he could fix it remotely, then after going remote on my computer and fixed the issue that I have had for one year.
Had gone to Best Buy Geek Squad, they could not even fix it, they kept misdiagnosing problem.
I highly recommend Scott, he is very polite and patient and excellent computer knowledge and skills.
