When we first hired Chef Julie to cook weekly meals, we had no idea how awesome this service would be for our family. She makes 5 main meals and sides for ud to quickly reheat and enjoy as a family. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a social work degree and am self taught in the world of cuisines. I am Servsafe certified and very sensitive to your dietary needs. I've traveled to Italy, Japan and Mexico and participated in cooking classes. I love to grocery shop and keep up with new trending ingredients and recipes for all cuisines.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've been a restaurant chef and caterer for over 20 years, and now prefer the personal touch of smaller, intimate gatherings/families.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I work with busy moms and dads with 3 children once a week and am also called on for dinner parties, family reunions and beach gatherings.
