When I first came to Vicki, I was having a tough time staying motivated to continue working out on a regular basis. I worked with Bethany as my personal trainer for nearly 2 years before I relocated. She keeps you moving, in check, and she does it all without making you feel weak, inferior or unable. She is so knowledgeable and great at passing along the information necessary to succeed. When you start to feel like you can't do something, she reminds you that you can and why you should, and how you should. She's a genuine person, and I wish she lived close to me again so I could continue training with her!
Leslie Hughes was my personal trainer for almost a year. During that time I was having some difficulties with a shoulder problem and was taking physical therapy as well. Leslie was very good to teach me stretches and non-weight bearing exercises that were a tremendous help during that time.
