- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer several different choices for training plans to help meet everyone's needs and am happy to customize a combination. For example, I offer 2x or 3 x a week monthly programs that are 45 or 60 minutes long; a 6 or 10 pack of training sessions, small group training for you and a friend or two, online fitness training,and of course single sessions for those that just want to try it out and make sure we're a great fit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly, my clients are people who want to get into shape after not training for a while, learn how to use equipment, or are interested in sports-specific training.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you choose a trainer, choose one whose personality makes you feel comfortable and that you're certain will help you with YOUR personal goals. You can also look at their personal sports background, if you're looking for a sports specific trainer, it's nice to be able to choose someone whose had competitive success if that's what you're after- model success.
