I have been working with Kathy for about 5 months and it she has exceeded all my expectations. I was looking for a cardio workout I would enjoy; thus, stick with it. I find the treadmill boring. I prefer to work outside and we are able to do this with her training programs. Kathy's approach is very professional, positive, fun and most of all varied enough to provide just the right challenge physically and mentally. She ensures you keep the right form and focus, while building your confidence and abilities. I am not only getting an interesting cardio workout, but developing my core, agility and self defense. I have to add it is a most reasonably priced individual personal training session. I look forward to our weekly training sessions. I highly recommend Kathy.

Kathy was an outstanding martial arts trainer, she was explained and showed me the moves that I needed to learn in a very easy way. She was extremely motivational, and an inspiration to me. I highly recommend her as a martial arts trainer, and as a fitness trainer.

Kathy is a remarkable trainer. She is highly educated and proficient with anatomy and physiology and tailors her workouts for your precise individual needs. Kathy is professional, positive and her encouragement has really had a huge impact on my physical and psychological well being. Her workouts are versatile and fun! I highly recommend Kathy. I am a busy attorney and Kathy is always willing to work around my schedule. She really is the BEST! I am lucky to have such a competent and proficient and personable trainer.
