I'm well educated with a M.Ed in Education and BS in Communication. I love helping others and design individual programs for each client.

Professional, certified, swim instruction for beginner to intermediate level. I also help train on proper form and techniques. At home service or my own swimming pool instruction. Choose a plan and schedule that works for you and your lifestyle! Pack discount programs are available.
Swim Aerobics -
Swim aerobic workout sessions at your own pool or my pool. Swim aerobics is excellent for those who have injuries, weight problem, or just want an excellent, low impact yet high result workout.
Personal Yoga and Workout Coach
Utilizing weights, stretching, light/moderate cardio and open to indoor and outdoor workouts. I have a great routine and my clients like the positive energy they gain from a personally tailored workout. Pack program discounts are available.
I think working out should be fun and stress free. I believe in combining stretching techniques with workouts. I see how this really helps my clientele.
I also find it very rewarding to help educate individuals who are afraid of the water and want to learn to swim. In addition, I love the water and think others can enjoy it much more if they know proper swim techniques. Learning to swim should be fun!
