Introduction: My name is Dr Beth. I love to help people be their best selves. Physically. Mentally. Soulfully. I am a licensed chiropractic physician with a focus on naturally balancing women’s hormone. I have also been a personal trainer for over 13 years. I have a bachelors in health science from USF and enjoy nerding out with new certifications and knowledge to help you. I grew up in Iowa and generally think people from the midwest are awesome! I am little, passionate, and happy. I am a collector of knowledge and certifications. Working with Beth has in all truth changed my life. So many things about my heath came into alignment when I started training with her. Beth is the second professional trainer I have worked with and she has beyond exceeded my expectations. She is clearly very good at this and loves this work. I really wanted to be sure I found someone who was not just going to count reps for me. Beth's programming strategy is totally customized to my needs and goals. My program is changed every other month or so; so just as soon as I get "good" at it, we change it up in a way that challenges me without making me feel like I'm starting all over again. I have seen real results and and I also feel great in my won skin now. 100% because of the work I do with Beth. I would recommend her to friends and family any time.

Pinnacle Health has been outstanding in helping me to achieve my goals. I have been working with Beth Northway for about a month. I feel so comfortable working with her. I have been dealing with a knee issue and she has researched the best exercises to improve my strength while working out. Beth has also given me many tips on nutritional supplements that have proven extremely helpful. She is always professional and patient but still gets me working hard. I have the great pleasure of working out with Beth, who is dynamite, and I could not have had a better experience. She is a great motivator, knows how to get the best out of me, and is extremely knowledgeable about the body/exercises. She always explains why I’m doing each exercise and how I’m benefitting from it. I train with her twice a week, and she is always upbeat, models exercises to ensure maximum results, and pushes me (knowing that I have the extra effort even when I don’t think so). I know she is genuinely concerned about my well-being and is on this journey with me to help me achieve my goals.
