I was curious about Lagree so I decided to try it out the first week it was open...after a few classes, I was hooked...to give you an idea of how hooked I was, in the month of July I went to 36 classes in 31 days...I couldn't get enough of it so I sometimes went to an evening class as well. My body got to a point that I have not seen in quite some time and I am loving the results. It motivates me more and more to go there, maintain my strength, definition, and inner happiness (of being in shape) I lacked all that for many months prior to attending my 1st Lagree class. The staff is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and some are even comics (Kerri) when they teach! (Bonus!) Many of the instructors (Angela always does) give an inspirational quote of the day too! (Another Bonus!) Give it a try and hopefully it will Lagree with you like it Lagress with me!! ; )

I have been coming to Studio Physique since it opened and I was blown away by the professionalism of the staff and trainers but the work out is amazing! My arms are stronger my tummy is tucked and my posture has improved 100%. I always loved pilates and this is EVEN BETTER. I cant thank my friend Angela ( a trainer at SP) enough for getting me there and making every work out more and more challenging. I love LaGree!! Gigi

Love everything about this place. The classes are challenging but fun, the trainers are motivating and the results are amazing. Lagree is a great overall workout. I felt stronger and leaner after 1 month and it just gets better.
