Introduction: STRONGEIGHT is a WESTSIDE based Athletic development Facility specializing in the Physics of Performance in Baseball; Our Methods produce dramatic Increases in Speed, Strength and Power, Throwing Velocity & Hitting Power, and has been Used By Olympic & National Champions, Professional Athletes, and responsible for Producing World Records in over 45 Different Sports The Major Difference in our Development system, is that we take the athlete through three levels of development as he or she grows, and in turn, peak the athlete weekly through our systematic Programming rotating the Training Stimulus Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Tri-Weekly. This keeps our Athletes Progressing Explosively, Safely and Consistently, breaking records in the gym, and in the technical driven mechanics of his or her sport EVERY WEEK, 52 Weeks a Year. In my search for the right personal coach for my 14 year old so who play competitive ice hockey I talked to many trainers and JJ stood out from all of them. His understanding of exactly what my son needed to do and his ability to create a specific training program for my son was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and my son really looks forward to his workouts. There is no doubt JJ will make a difference as he already has in the short time they have been working together.

I looked for a PT last month because in April I went vegan and gained 20+ lbs since then. Frustrated at the rapid weight gain, while trying to be healthier I was desperate. I work 50-60hrs a week and by the time I get home I am exhausted. I asked Josh (JJ) aka "The Boom" to come wake me up in the morning and train me at my house (save time) and he agreed. After 3 wks of training he figured out my problem was due to retaining a high amount of water. Now I am down an easy 10lbs just by eliminating carbs to stop the water retention. He is not only a fitness trainer, but also amazing at nutrition and overall health. I highly recommend him to EVERYone. The value in his services are priceless. If anything, he doesn't charge enough for what his services are worth.

Great trainer, very knowledgeable and very dedicated. The only reason I stopped training with JJ is that I left the area for a job opportunity. He has become a great friend and a great asset to my health.

I have had the pleasure of training with JJ for the last 6 months. JJ's ability to push me and keep me going at full force when I want to give up is amazing. JJ's ability to monitor my performance and provide recommendations tailored to me has allowed me to increase both my strength and endurance. I look forward to continuing my strength training with JJ there to push me and keep me from giving up!

Training with Josh improved my athletic performance on a grand scale. When I first began training I was 120lbs and barely able to touch the net of a basketball hoop. After working with Josh for a period of around two years I am now 165lbs and able to perform a variety of dunks. I've tried a couple of other trainers and they were nothing compared to the knowledge and expertise that josh has, he's honestly the best athletic trainer I've ever encountered and I recommend him in the utmost to any athlete who really wants to take there game to the next level.
