- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our plans are flat rate and include all basic chemicals. We service your pool each week and you pay one cleaning fee per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential client calls us for service we set up a time to meet them to discuss their pool needs and wants so that we can properly identify what plan is best for them. Pools have a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and pool equipment. Some are covered and some are not, some have vacuums and some don't. New pools are easier to manage than old pools. We discuss all the details up front so that our customers know what level of service to expect for the plan they choose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Pool Operator. This means we are qualified to clean residential and commercial swimming pools.
