Having a planner that is easy to get hold of and/or returns your emails and calls right away is important as planning your wedding can be very stressful for you the client and a simple response and answer can make a huge difference. Its important to have a planner that is well respected and known in the community. Reputation is much more important than a glossy website. A great party planner cares and understands your day is the most important day in the world to you!
