Introduction: I teach my students how to build a truly safe, strong and mindful yoga and meditation practice. I create sacred space and bring a calm energy to my work, which allows even my most beginner students to delve deep into their practice and learn as much as possible about their bodies and themselves. This is the same energy that I transfer to my clients during Reiki sessions. I love helping my students and clients realize that they are powerful and divine, and loved and supported in everything they do.

I have had the privilege of taking yoga lessons from Alina for the past couple months. Her knowledge, techniques, and style of teaching has encouraged me to overcome my physical limitations and to continue to learn the way of yoga. I have also benefited from her Reiki sessions. I was a skeptic until I could actually feel her energy transcend itself within me...the gentle heat, the calming, the healing. Alina Hall, beautiful mother and water goddess, has the most contagiously uplighting aura. She draws you in with her wisdom and spirit and you can't get enough of her energy. Reiki healer, yoga instructor extraordinaire, SUP yoga master, and teacher and lover of everything natural (including essential oils), Alina teaches us how to be better versions of ourselves using gifts of the earth and healing energy from spirit.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reiki sessions are $75 and last about an hour. Yoga private lessons start at $65/hour for one, travel surcharge may be added depending. I also offer Reiki Retreats, pricing varies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified 200 hour instructor through the Yoga Alliance. I am attuned to Reiki Levels 1, 2, and 3/Master. I regularly take workshops from master yoga teachers to improve my knowledge and teaching ability.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
YOGA- I started going to a hot yoga studio in college to be able to better focus writing papers and couldn't stop. I started babysitting to afford classes and eventually after going through a huge emotional/physical/mental transformation decided to become a teacher. After, I started working for my studio as the business manager and subbing classes a few times a week- my first class ever was at the White House Executive Building (next door to the White House) and I was terrified. The class went well and I've been hooked ever since! REIKI- I heard what Reiki was at a lecture in college and knew that I'd been working with this energy unknowingly my entire life. I sought out my attunement in Level 1 and started working with friends and clients right away. I have since been attuned up to Level 3/Master Teacher and now initiate and train others into the tradition.
