We are so pleased with Gary Shipley at Topshelf Innovations LLC that we encourage you to utilize his services, too. We recently purchased a vacation townhome which needed some furniture assembling, mirrors and TVs hung, a doorlock changed, and a few more things -- Gary took everything in stride and turned out an incredible job at a reasonable cost. The man seems able to do just about anything -- and all with good humor and innate kindness. A true gem! It was a pleasure to have him and his wife, Ann, in the home to help make it ready. I am definitely calling on Gary for future work and have no reservations about recommending him to anyone else. In fact, I already have!

We had two old wooden end tables that we were ready to replace. Before we did, a friend suggested that we go to Dave and have them refurbished. We tried it out and he did not disappoint. When we get compliments on them from visitors, I make it a point to show them the "before" and "after" photos, and it shocks them every time. We will definitely be coming back to Moonlite Hospitality for our next refurbishing project!

Paint wood furniture and lacquers The use of lacquer for protection and decoration of wood produces a glossy, extremely smooth and uniform surface, in which it hides the original wood grain. The use of coatings has significant advantages over the paintings. When varnished or painted furniture, lacquer should know that is brighter and more durable than paint and drying time is less. Color hue obtained with lacquer application lasts longer than that obtained with paints, invariable over time. Furthermore, because the drying rate, prevents sticking during application dust particles from the environment, which results in a finished lens. With the lakes can get any color finish (RAL color charts, NCS and Pantone), which allows us to combine the furniture and woodworking with any other embellishment. They are also an economical alternative to restore antique furniture, because they allow us to hide the cosmetic defects of furniture that have been degraded. There are three elements that must take care of to get a good coating: the type of board on which we want to apply the paint, cleanomh the surface prior to application, and the quality of the lacquer. Although it can be painted on any type of wood or board, to get it smooth and homogeneous, MDF is often used. With Fine Touch Restorations synthetic lacquers and ecological use of the highest quality. Thus, we avoid the most common problems associated with coating: non-adherence, the lumpy or "orange peel" effect and appears yellowish over time. The lacquer furniture is a practical and economical solution to give a new look to the decor, making it cozy, simple, and bright.

My good dining room table suffered a 3"x 2" defect, as a result of a cardboard hanging air freshner being left on it for a day. When I picked the item up, it had secreted an oily substance that literally dissolved the finish off, right down to the bare wood. The varnish looked like a crater around an ugly hole. I contacted Mr. Adams to get his opinion as to what could be done. I was expecting him to recommend having the whole table top refinished. After coming to the house to access the damage, he began an on the spot repair. My husband and I were astonished to see the damage so cleverly repaired, one would have to know where to look to find it. He also repaired two other pieces of furniture that had wood damage. We highly recommend Mr. Adams for excellent service and workmanship. L.M.R. Of Oviedo
