- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we start with a standard model for pricing. We try to work with the clients if we can to give them the most for their budget. However in some instances cost may go up depending on the level of service they are seeking. This is why we like to discuss in detail the event and the clients needs before giving a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we make the initial contact. If the potential client shows interest, we exchange contact information. Then we go to work helping them with the details of their event. Like creating menus and designing cakes. Once we have an idea of all the services they want or don't want we can give them a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary school, catering experience, cake design, and impeccable business ethics.
