Annie and her crew are awesome! Admittedly, I am very particular, my husband might say OCD, when it comes to keeping our home tidy. We tried a couple of other services before finding Annie and something was always missing. Either they didn't have the consistency of a professional service or lacked the personal touch of an individual housekeeper. Annie brings both of those elements together. They are always on time, efficient, and thorough. Trustworthy and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!!
The team showed up a few minutes early to learn my house and learn my concerns and expectations. I liked the fact they use eco friendly products and at the end wanted to make sure I was happy. Three ladies came and spent about 3 hours total (my home is 3K feet). They brought all their own supplies, trash can liners, step ladder and so on. I did not need to do a thing! We made the decision to now have them come weekly. Prior to them we had a private housekeeper who came once a week all day, we had her for several years. This has been a hard transition since my children grew close the former housekeeper but, I am hoping that this crew of ladies will be around a long time and help not just with cleanings but other special projects in our home. Well worth the money spent.
Excellent work and responsive! I never waited long than a few minutes to get a thumb tack reply. My college daughter has had this 2 bedroom apartment for 3 years which she shares with and older long haired fluffy cat--and a kitten. I love my daughter but cleaning is NOT her strong suit. I was afraid the kitten might find some dangerous debris. I explained that to the cleaners and I think they vacumed three times! It's now the refreshing haven of my dreams. Thanks Upcleaning!!

Dustin has a very likable personality and he is a hard worker. I had a housekeeper but was looking to make a change due to decreasing quality and communication barriers. Dustin took everything I said to heart and did my high dusting (that was never done), removed the mold hidden in crevices in the sinks (also never done), and actually scrubbed and washed my tub and showers. Dustin found a lot of dirt around my house and my house is pretty well kept! Communication is easy with him and he doesn't forget what you asked for. I love that he speaks English. Thank you Dustin.
I really loved Adriene with On the Way Cleaning. She and her staff were so quick and thorough. I’m very picky about housekeeping and they gave the place a good old fashion scrub down. She even cleaned my oven! I will say it again **she cleaned my oven!** Adriene had a real eye for detail down to the way she placed the pillows on my bed and my couch to making a little rose out of toilet paper and leaving it on my toilet paper roll. How about that? I will most definitely hire her again in the future. In fact I have already set up an appointment for her next visit.

I am employ Nancy Sanders to assist in the housekeeping of my condominium in Fort Myers, Florida. It is a 2600 square-foot ,under air, second level unit with three bedrooms and an office which are carpeted. The rest is all stone flooring. There is a large master bathroom and a hall bathroom as well as a lanai. Since my renters come in almost 24 hours after notice to Nancy, it is amazing that she completes the task of a total clean and does it with expert ability in that short time. I have been extremely pleased with the services I have received and will continue to ask Nancy to assist in this effort.
