Working with Josh was great! He is a great motivator and encourager! His enthusiasm is contagious as well. After working with Josh weekly for a month and a half I dropped a total of 12lbs and noticed changes in my body. Unfortunately he moved, but he def gave me a great boost to my now lifestyle change!

Helped improve my push-ups, my running time, and my sit-ups. Great trainer who focuses on strengthening your weaknesses but at a decent pace! The workouts were also loads of fun :)
