Make sure you hire a company who actually does Property Management full time. A part time realtor/Property Manager will tire very quickly of handling the thousands of details involved in this profession.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish they knew how much work goes into handling tenant relations. That tenants these days are "tenants by choice" very often with excellent credit and income. Years ago, tenants "tenants by necessity". Times have changed.
